Investment Fund II
HDP has closed HDP Investment Fund II LLC following the development of two ground up constructed hotels with 242 hotel rooms. The Residence Inn Atlanta Perimeter Dunwoody project includes two retail outparcels featuring the Fogo deChão, a Brazilian steakhouse restaurant and The Duke, a British Pub which opened in August, 2019 as well as an under development retail space. Fund II sold the Fogo deChão restaurant in September of 2019. The Courtyard Alpharetta/Avalon area hotel was sold in November of 2021 and the sale of the Residence Inn Atlanta Perimeter Dunwoody hotel followed in December of 2021. Fund II is closed for additional investments.
